Food & drink: Luke has written for Vice’s food website MUNCHIES and has written several features on regional and lesser-known English food as well as pub culture. This has included articles on the Shropshire fidget pie, the Bedfordshire clanger, Craster kippers and the effect gastropubs are having on London’s dart players.
Music & culture: Luke has covered music for a variety of publications including the BBC, Metro, the Quietus, Drowned in Sound and the Fly. In particular he has an interest in Nordic music and culture and has travelled extensively within the region, covering music festivals and events. He also writes regular features for Norwegian Arts, the culture-based publication of the Norwegian Embassy in London. He also reviewed albums for BBC Music.
